The short version

We collect only what we need to send you your order and, if you ask, to tell you about the next drop. We never sell your details.

What we collect

• Drop list. If you sign up for the next drop, we keep your email address.
• Orders. When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see your full card number.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

How we use it

• To make, pack and ship your order, and to email you about it.
• To email you when a new drop opens, only if you signed up. Every email tells you how to stop them.
• To keep the business records the law requires.

Who we share it with

• Stripe runs checkout and payments.
• Google stores our drop list and email, in Google Forms, Sheets and Gmail.
• Our printer and courier get your name and shipping address so your order reaches you.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

Some of these companies store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout to process payments safely and prevent fraud. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

• To leave the drop list, reply to any drop email or email us, and we'll remove you.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us. We'll reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Only the two founders can access your details, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in.
