Who we are

Court Vision Co. is an independent, player-owned streetwear label from Australia. These terms cover every order you place on courtvisionco.com. Questions? Email [email protected].

How a pre-order window works

Each design is open for a set window, shown on its page with a countdown. You order and pay during the window. After it closes we print one run, sized to the orders we received. When the window closes the design is locked away and is not sold again unless we announce a re-run.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on each product page.
• Shipping is A$10 flat per order, anywhere in Australia. We only ship within Australia for now.
• Payment is taken in full when you order. Checkout is run by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your order is confirmed when Stripe emails you a receipt.

Making and shipping

Your tee ships within 6 weeks of the date the window closes. Each design page shows that date. If anything changes we email you straight away. If we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund.

Changing or cancelling an order

• You can change your size any time before the window closes. Reply to your order email.
• You can cancel any time before the window closes for a full refund, shipping included. Reply to your order email.
• After the window closes your tee is made to order, so we can't offer change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide before you order.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The art

Every design is original artwork, drawn by hand. Please don't copy, print or sell it. Court Vision Co. is not affiliated with the NBL or any club, and we don't use league or club names, logos or uniforms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of Tasmania, Australia.
